food.

My weight is still going up, so I think I'm going to have to cut back even more.

Today:
- 1 bowl muesli with assorted nuts and prunes
- 1 slice toast
- 1 bowl assorted nuts and raisins
- 1 bowl cous cous with red onion, sprouts, mushrooms and peppers.

Swollen. Might do some yoga to elevate the feeling.
