Food.

Today:
1 Bowl Bran Flakes
1/2 Slice Jam Toast
2 Bowls of Plain Pasta with Sweetcorn and Cherry Tomatoes.

Drunk only tea and ice water.

Binge: 3 packs of Hula Hoops & 1 Rum and Raisin Flapjack.
